1 Definitions & Scope of Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between permata805 ("We", "Platform") and every individual who registers for or uses the services provided through the website permata805.fun and its official mobile App ("User", "You", "Member").

In this document, "Services" refers to all activities available on the Permata805 platform, including but not limited to slot games, live casino, sports betting, and any related promotions. 2 Member Eligibility

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

7 Account Security & Responsibility

9 Account Suspension & Closure

• Requests from relevant legal authorities.
• No account activity for 12 consecutive months (inactive account).
